Luxury bookings in Lahore usually come down to three choices.

• A full size SUV in the Toyota Prado or Land Cruiser class. The default for protocol movement: high seating, room for a security officer up front, a big boot for luggage and real presence at a hotel porch. Also the most comfortable choice for a VIP’s day trip to Islamabad on the M-2.
• An executive sedan in the Mercedes S-Class style. For a single senior guest who wants a quiet, low, refined car, or for the couple’s entrance at a wedding.
• A matched set. For a delegation, two or three SUVs of the same colour, with a Hiace van behind for support staff and bags, so the whole party moves together.

Moving important guests through Lahore is mostly planning. Roads around The Mall, Canal Road and the airport can close at short notice for official movement, and the porches at hotels and venues get crowded at peak times. Before an event we check the drop points and parking at venues such as the Alhamra Arts Council, Lahore Gymkhana, the Expo Centre or a hotel on The Mall, and agree a primary and a backup route with your team.

On the day, cars move in a set order with the lead car carrying the most senior guest or the coordinator, depending on your protocol. One coordinator stays on WhatsApp with your protocol officer and every driver. If timings change, every car knows within a minute.
