Who books a car with a driver in Lahore
- Families with a full day. A school drop, an appointment at Services Hospital or CMH, a visit to relatives in Model Town, then dinner on MM Alam Road. One car and one driver, and nobody has to look for parking.
- Overseas Pakistanis back home. You land at Allama Iqbal International Airport after a few years away and the city has changed: new underpasses, the Ring Road, one-way loops in Gulberg. A driver who uses these roads every day saves you hours.
- Business visitors. Meetings on Main Boulevard Gulberg, a factory visit on Ferozepur Road or at Sundar Industrial Estate, then a client dinner. The driver waits outside while you work.
- Parents and grandparents who do not drive. Door to door, help at the gate, and patient waiting at the bank or the doctor.
How a booking works
- Share the plan. Send the date, pickup time, pickup address and roughly where you need to go. A Google Maps pin is perfect.
- Get a clear quote. We reply on WhatsApp with the daily rate for the car you picked, what is included, and how fuel, tolls and overtime work.
- Driver details before the day. You receive the driver’s name and mobile number and the car’s registration number.
- Pickup. The driver arrives a few minutes early and messages you from outside. In gated societies like DHA, Askari or Bahria Town, share the gate and block number so security lets him in without a call to you.
- Pay as agreed. Longer bookings usually need an advance. Payment options are listed in our FAQ.
The city day, explained
A day booking covers a fixed number of duty hours, shown at the top of this page and in your quote. The clock starts at the pickup time in your booking, not when you get into the car. Waiting at your stops is included: the driver can wait at Packages Mall, outside a wedding hall or at an office in Gulberg for as long as you need within the day.
After the duty hours, overtime is billed per hour at the rate listed for your car. If you know the day will run late, for example a mehndi that ends after midnight, tell us when you book and we quote the whole day up front.
Lahore traffic, handled
Lahore traffic has a rhythm. Canal Road, Ferozepur Road and The Mall slow down between about 8 and 10 am and again from 5 to 8 pm. Jail Road and Main Boulevard Gulberg are busy most evenings, and the roads around Liberty Market, Anarkali and Ichhra crawl on weekends. Our drivers plan around these hours, use the Ring Road and the signal free corridors where they help, and know where to park near Hall Road, Shah Alam Market and the old city.
Safe City cameras watch many junctions in Lahore. Our drivers keep to lanes and speed limits, and any challan caused by the driver is our responsibility, not yours.
Outstation trips with a driver
The same car and driver can take you beyond Lahore: Islamabad on the M-2, Sialkot and Gujranwala, Faisalabad on the M-3, Multan on the M-4, or the northern areas for a family holiday. Outstation days use each car’s outstation daily rate, listed in the table below. If you stay overnight, a driver night allowance applies for each night. Picking the right car
- One to three people in the city: a sedan is cool, comfortable and easy to park in Gulberg or the old city.
- A family of five to seven, or a lot of luggage: a 7 seater or an SUV, especially for outstation trips.
- More than seven people: a Hiace van or a coaster. See van and coaster rental.

Most families and business visitors book a full city day: 12 hours of duty, for example 8 am to 8 pm. Here is what that can look like.
The 5 steps, start to finish
Stop 1: Morning
Pickup at your gate
The driver arrives a few minutes early and messages you from outside. In DHA, Askari or Bahria Town, share the gate and block so security lets him in quickly.
Stop 2: Mid morning
School and office drops
Children to school on Sarwar Road, then the office on Main Boulevard Gulberg. The driver knows the drop lanes and the one-way loops.
Stop 3: Afternoon
Errands while he waits
A bank visit on The Mall, a check-up at a hospital, shopping at Liberty Market. The driver waits with the car and handles parking.
Stop 4: Evening
Family plans
Pick up from work, visit relatives in Model Town, dinner on MM Alam Road. Evening traffic on Canal Road is his problem, not yours.
Stop 5: Hour 12
Home, or overtime
The day ends when the duty hours are up. Running late at a function? Overtime is billed per hour at the rate shown for your car.

How many hours does a day with driver include?
A city day covers 12 hours of duty, for example 8 am to 8 pm. The clock starts at the pickup time in your booking, so be ready at that time. If you need the car longer, overtime is billed per hour at the rate shown for your car.
Is fuel included in the daily rate?
Not in the daily rate. Fuel is either paid as you go or agreed as a fixed amount in your quote, and your quote says clearly which applies to your booking, so there are no surprises at the end of the day.
Who pays for the driver's food and stay on an outstation trip?
Inside Lahore there is nothing extra to pay for the driver. On trips out of the city with an overnight stay, the driver night allowance shown for each car applies per night. Meals on the road are agreed in your quote.
Can the same driver stay with us for several days?
Yes. For multi day bookings we keep the same driver wherever possible, so he learns your address, your routine and your family's preferences.
Can I book a car with driver for a few hours only?
Short bookings are possible for airport runs and single errands, subject to availability. Send the pickup time and your stops and we quote a trip price. If you have more than two or three stops, a full city day is usually better value.
Do your drivers speak English?
All our drivers speak Urdu and Punjabi, and many manage simple English. If your guests need an English speaking driver, mention it when you book.
Can I change plans and go outstation on the day?
Message us first so the rate is clear. Time outside Lahore is charged at the outstation daily rate, and motorway tolls are extra.
